leveling up has positive and negatives to it just as life ....you level up you gain more nrg and nrv this helps you in criming and training but it also raises your health ...with this said health determines buyout so you might gain more training but you have to crime more for the buyout ....in the end it makes no difference to me ...shit if you can gain a level in one day and train the next for better gains shit do it but when you stuck in a jail that you cant survive in who fault is that...

True, thats why I havent really been buying out. Plus I dont want to have to keep switching cells to crime. It always seems like Im waiting to get a dvd back now as it is.
