at your level it dont matter just level up as much as you can...just be careful when you if you get on the most wanted list it kinda puts a target on you, makes you more available to people and exposes your cash at all times...you must always have the stats to defend yourself no matter what level you are

Of course stats matter if you wanna beat up someone you dont really like....but i agree with the fact there are other ways to take revenge...Bronson is the king of it
