It's simple, really... If I raided you, and you want your items back, tough shit. Infirm me if you want. If I grabbed your amenity, then tough shit. I'll sell it back to you for favors only. Chances are you probably don't have favors, which is why you didn't have it protected in the first place. My philosophy is that if it was important to you, you'd protect it.

If you want off of my raid list, then do the following. Message me and let me know you were inactive, but you're back now. I will stop raiding your cell unless you (a) go inactive for more than 24 hours without clearing your cell, or (b) I still hate you.
