As a respected prisoner along with many others, I paid real cash to be respected for 30 days.

  In the last 30 days we have had a number of downtimes which probably relate to at least one day, downtime today included,

  Is there anyway Mr Mufasa that you can redeem that day maybe two, to the respected prisoners that have paid money for a full term.

I will be good in Mufasa tells whats going on while down town and when i can be back bcoz i tried 10 times today and still it was down

After down time only i have to w8 8h to play game, u have the same ?

I didn't get any messages just couldn't log on but still another day lost

There were 2 unscheduled downtimes I can think of in the past month, and neither one of them (or together) equaled one whole day.

Additionally, the site was unavailable for EVERYONE, not just you. So what about the normal players, should I extend their stats to what they would have been as well?

I and a lot of players have lost out on ok maybe nearly one day the normal players don't pay, so I think the people that pay real cash should be compensated for the day we have lost. If you look at it like I said in the first post we have paid for a service we haven't  had a complete service shouldn't be anything more to say

all I am asking is for 1 day extra due to trouble not caused by us and maybe not caused by you and I do think in the past month we have had downtime of more than 12 hours

I disagree... people who play for free shouldn't be entitled to anything because money wasn't exchanged during a transaction. 

The sales page states a prisoner buys 30 days of respect for $x.  So that equals 720 hours of respect entitled to the buyer.
