So the idea would be, if you wanted to crime non stop for awhile or be in an event yard or joe yard for awhile and you don't want to keep going back to refresh your drug, you can stack the TIME of the drug not the effect so that you can keep going continuously. If the needs arises to balance this, have a cap on how many you can stack or have an od chance on stacking drugs.
