Maybe in the UK and Ireland because I've never even heard of this stuff. Probably would be considered a drug over here in North America, sort of like real absinthe is considered a drug.

Its only sold in Scotland, Ireland (Shocker that the crazy drinks sells best in these countries) and some parts of England.

Ironically its made by Religious Monks @ an Abbey in England....
