There's no real way to EVER verify shit like this. Bottom line is you can veryify with ID, Licenses, anything, the threat of the other person freely using the account is still there. However I think if someone's willing to pay for respected status they should be able to interact normally with their dupe BUT in a limited manner, have a detection system that would look for large amounts of cash being sent, items, etc (anything out of the ordinary really). You know can only send 'x' amount of cash per day, can only send 'x' items per day, That would keep people from raping the system.

1} Site will earn more cash

2} Site will gain more users

3} Site will remain balenced

Other than that what else can you do?

That still gives you an advantage that a "single" player doesnt have.  As it stands now, even gangs have to find a way to communicate effectively to work together. Having access to 2 or more accts, just because you paid for them removes that issue. Two or more accts thinking and acting as one, is an advantage, one that really cant be balanced and accounted for.

it seems a difficult job no matter what way it is.... But theres loads of dupes out, that are def not different ppl which does kinda suck... But must be really difficult to monitor or prove that they are not the same person.

Anyone whos genuine, shouldnt be too bothered about the restrictions imo.

poker sites dont allow multi accounting thats true..... most dont allow paypal payments though. So i am guessing its verified through credit or debit card. Some of them ask for proof of id and address verification if you making a large withdrawel... This has happened to me and paddy on occasions.

Would it be too costly for the site to have direct payment via card Mu? I know that bank charges can be costly for this, but not sure how they compare to paypal... Or is it simply the way it is to cut out fraud?

More for ease of use, I think a lot of people feel comfy with PayPal and those that don't can use a card directly still. PayPal also does their own fraud screens which saves me SOME time, though chargebacks still happen of course

Not really. It would be a system that wouldn't let you help one another more than you'd normally help someone else like a good friend on the game. I mean if you can send only 5 or 6 items per day, and a few grand, I hardly doubt the game will become unbalenced. For other issues like mugging, attacking, searching the yard, etc, limit it by IP address and NOT by account this way even if you're trying to be clever and dupe an account you're still playing by the same rules.

And I think manual detection and reporting like there is normally would help even more to keep it AS fair as possible. IMHO I think more needs to be done about the dupes not so much for the dupes emselves but for the progression of the site since this is the type of game I'd WANT to share with personal friends and family, but it seems really restricted in this sense. What's the point if you can't help eachother or compete and whatnot.

And of course there might me 1 or 2 slight advantages in being an a-hole and duping accounts, but is it worth NOT doing? You need to weigh the pros and cons here as I listed above.
