I have read the Quran during research and I have not found any part where it says kill like this, To do the "Jihad" These fools claim there are certain conditions the innocent must be left out, They did not do this, These mad men use Islam as an attempt to justify their actions of what they believe God wants them to do and what they are doing is right, Therefore they are only convincing themselves what they are doing is for God/Allah
