2) When sending me the message, include the following:  Level, Name(optional) , Age (optional), and your Inmate Name.

Just stop! Seriously just stop. Your a lvl 1 and you haven't even been on the game for a day. You don't know what the hell your doing. You shouldn't join a gang until at least lvl 3 let alone make a gang.

Even if you weren't a lvl 1, Advertising it in the forums usually just makes it collapse that much faster. And your instructions are kinda stupid... Copy the logo first then ask to be in  the gang?

i don't know, a L1 wouldn't know a lot of that in 5 hours, but a dupe would know better than to try the grave robbing mission
