Fuck energy drinks for working out!! NITRIC OXIDE! You can get it from most supplement stores... i have been taking it for the last few weeks and i have been going hard.... if ya get a good one it will have caffeine in it aswell.... the one i have has 300mg of caffeine per portion so it gets you fucked..... In a good way! Be careful though.... measure it to your weight and you will be fine... OD and you will be sick as a dog!

Rip It Energy Drink are $1.09. Maybe they are not in your area. They are the 16oz, same thing.

I have NO and dont like it much. The stuff I have also does not mix well.

I once drank two of those XL bigass bottles "Hustler" energydrink (dont know if you got em)..........tip: dont do that...
