Exactly what does the 2010 champagne do? i know it adds like 100 nrg 100 stam 100 nrv but is it a one time use or as long as its in your cell it doesnt say it is one time use so i figured it was the second way but can somebody tell me what exactly it does?

its like water once you drink it its gone. its a uncommon item so thats why there so much
