as it stands, Joe comes to SD occasionally to drop off the new dvd or dvds once or twice but stays in the lower prisons all the time. I have 0 complaints about this in fact i see this as a totally fair balance in the game of the lowers getting a little more out of this than we do because we can do more, have so much more stats, yada yada. HOWEVER, i do think that their ability to mug him over and over without any sort of repurcussion is not fair in the slightest. My suggestion is that  when you mug joe, you get exp from it, nothing too out of left field, just progress them through the game so we don't have people level squatting forever, with no intention of progression, just trying to line their pockets. For Example: dynamoalex // 03.25.2017 @ 5:47pmonly for money i stay, i want to make 300$ until the month is gone

Offers nothing to the game's longevity to have players with this kind of mentality and the resources the game povides for them to do so with ease

Agreed. Lets make this happen please. Imo 3 or 4 mugs on joe should level a person up from lvl 1 to 2. Obviously it will take more and more each level but stops these guys from raping joe endlessly for profit

I agree 100% . I didnt even know they didnt get exp from mugging Joe. I think this was an oversight, but not to late to fix.
