Could someone explain this as well as tell me when the next one would occur

It happens at a random time. When someone is banned usually all their ammenities are eventually firesaled. You'll see a little icon that says firesale underneath your mail/events thing, looks sort of like the thing that shows your on drugs. It costs 10 favors each time to get something out of someone's cell, sometimes it is junk, other times you could get lucky and get something really good

Just do a search for firesale Pistol22, there are a few post that go into detail about firesales.. And they happen randomly. And Killer ... you shouldn't be so quick to talk shit rather than helping
