The new Conan mouth you added looks so awesome that every other mouth pieces look obsolete. But it's not because of the mouth itself, it's the cheek and cheekbone lining that were added that makes it so awesome and 'complete'. There seems to be something missing when I try the other mouth pieces.

My suggestion is that maybe you could add, in the head section of the plastic surgeon, different sets of facial structures? Like a different mix of cheekbones and chins and maybe even forehead lining? I think it would add a new layer, and fun, to the personalization of our avatar.

I agree about the heads it would be nice for everyone not to have the same shape head

Having different SHAPE heads means that all pieces won't work across all heads...

sometimes they dont any way for example when you have the mouth with the cigarette and the beard around your mouth they collide  

It's not really a problem if not every pieces fit together, they all need to fit inside they head though. And my suggestion wasn't about different head shapes, it was about different structure inside the head, like what the mouth I have equipped does.
