This could actually be done fairly easily. I'll make a note of it.

As was stated, the head shape can't be changed. However, some clever texturing (much like the cheekbones in the new Conan mouth) could easily offer a lot of options for face structures.

EDIT: Don't mean to toot my own horn here, but  I liked the new mouth myself. Enough to finally change My avatar. Though I shot for a Clint Eastwood look (more guard-like imo) instead of Conan/Fabio.
