The second 1 works on older cars (70/80's fords i know, especially Fiesta's) locks that had no central/electric locking. I know they used to cut tennis balls (instead of plungers) in half and use them FACT, created a vacuum strong enough to pop the lock up.

There was also a certain model of car that if you screwed the head lamp bulb out there was something that could be done to disable an alarm/lock.. not sure on the details though.

ive done it with half a tennis ball.... so yer the plunger 1 is real....

popped a few central locking cars with half a tennis ball, but ill admit it was yr 90 models.... ima say all of these r real....
