it is possible for a minor to get a credit card, there are just forms your parents have to cosign

i agree it would be nice like the cards u can buy for wii, but there are 86 ppl online right now, the most i ever seen is like 215, i dont think its worth the effort right now

you can create a paypal account using a paypal giftcard. its basically a visa card but you top it up. look for 3vgiftcards.com

you can get them from morrissons and birthday card shops in scotland. not checked anywhere else. a shop called clinton cards if anyone wants them. usually £25

where? as far as I know, they don't allow it because a minor's signature isn't legally binding, so they could dispute a transaction and regardless of if you signed the receipt the bank could overturn it.
