Na.. I never had an age prob with that. if you buy that green dot card.. it is not a credit card you don't have to be 18 to posses it? you can use it the same as cash transferred into credits im almost positive man.

Yeah, its not the age thats the problem I know about the green dot card, its that my paypal is not verified and the only way to verify it is by connecting it to a bank account or credit card. And when its not verified, it says you cant send cash. But lmfao, whatever I'll try the green dot shit.
