It is like..a sub..but it is served on french bread..instead of regular bread..and it is mostly seafood....They have oyster..crab..crawfish..catfish..shrimp...and hmm..You can probably get them at a chinese restaurant maybe..wherever you are..If not..you will have to come down to the deep south..

This was the closest image I could find to what I would have...only thing is it would be homemade cause not to brag or anything but I am a damn good cook and my food looks way better lol
