because there will always be more lower levels looking for an easier option than out-training someone.

When I first started and saw the high Arizona players' stats they looked miles out of reach. Near impossible.

But have managed to crawl my way onto the most wanted list with pretty decent stats anyway. There's no way that every high level is going to continue to train all day every day so there is every chance, for someone whom is willing, to replace a few dormant trainers. Then they can attack without relying on an army.

noone is untouchable especially in jail, that should b the case here aswell. i reckon it would make the game alot more enjoyable for everyone and not just the ones who are "untouchable".

it wouldnt affect players like 911 anyways , he could probably deal with it by himself, however he has a good team with him in ascendancy and many others who who back him up in such a situation. This chage would add a bonus for TEAMWORK not nessicerilly just for low level players.
