When you set off fireworks...It lets people out from every prison...Did the guards see em em from another country or something? Shouldn't it ONLY let people out from YOUR prison? Not a major suggestion

Er... another country? This is all in the U.S. And it's a valid suggestion, but what if you are trying to break someone out of another prison? You have to go through the trouble of selling the fireworks, and having your associate use them. Why do that? Since amenity transfers across prisons are immediate, it would be logical to say that before the detonation, the fireworks are transferred by a middleman.

EDIT: I guess what I was trying to say is that there are justifiable adjustments, and then there are fun-suckers. This seems like a fun-sucker. Kind of like a new feature requiring you to be inactive for hours as your bus takes you to your destination. Or limiting the number of items you take from prison to prison. Or having overdoses kill you occasionally, forcing you to restart. Do prisons have teleportation devices installed? Do backpacks contain infinite amounts of space, constantly expanding to suit your storage needs? Are you motherfucking Charlie Sheen himself?

That's all I'm saying.
