Fell off a 6 ft ladder while finishing up the Volkswagen booth for the CES convention. Only fell about 4-5 feet but landed perfectly to shoot both bones right out of the joint and break them in like 5-6 places. The removed the head of my radius and replaced it with a titanium one. Plus tore all ligaments and tendons.

Had staples removed yesterday and doc put me in a hard cast for 3 more weeks. Then he said if X-rays are good in 3 weeks I can start range of motion therapy. I can't move it at all now but hopefully in 3 mths I can start lifting small items and within 6 mths I should be almost back to full strength
