you answered your own question kinda howie.. in buffalo their ready for big ass snowstorms and what not earlier in the year cause your north of us right next to lakes and get a bunch of snow.. down here they completely just said fuck it and didn't get any plows ready and tried to lay salt on 3inches of snow actin like it was going do something. shit they didn't even come around with a plow truck intill shit was almost done..

not to mention most places around me are without power including taffic light on major highways so they probably tryin to keep people off the roads.. i past 2 accidents on my way to work this morning and its 2 days later
