With a lot of people the current rating system just wouldn't work efficiently, and it would waste a lot of peoples time if a bunch of p-shop newbs try their luck at it, we've seen both their work and know both are good, if we wanna open it up to more people I say they gotta have em submit some work FIRST to see if they are qualified.

we could end up seein a whole lot of amateur work this way, maybe if we see an example of their work first an then since bx is running this he can decide wether they are worthy of competing for the cash
