iv searched this and cant't seem to find anything. I think it would be good if your crew could have a HQ where you can put up notices which can only be shared with people in your crew. This will help if you want to mass mail your crew for any reason. Also i know people have mentioned private amenity swapping, well this could also be done through the HQ. Let me know what you think...

been suggested before with different wording. GANGS are NOT a part of the game made by mu so it wont happen.

Ya man just got to give the gang part of the game time so they can get it right. Look up the gang suggestions and you will see some very good ones made as well. Good suggestion just been made before
