What's going to stop someone from stealing your gang name before you can create it yourself?

Say for instance I'm pissed at RJP and just so happens the gang "regular" version comes out...before he could log on from a long night I create dbb gang. Would the system recognize multiple gangs of the same name or would he have too alter it a bit like with usernames?

another note: there should be a vote system for situations within gangs or things that affect them (war, new members, kick, ect) sorry if I'm looking to far ahead of the road map.
