Now this is my first suggestion so dont get all pissy.

I think since the plastic sergeon can reconstruct your face, changing your nose and eyes and hair at a whim, what about gender. I have been playing as a girl (cause i am one) since i started the game and i have noticed that the boys have way cooler shit. Better hair, features and stuff like that. So why can't the sergeon do gender changes, so a girl can become a boy so she can be him and have all the things that the boys (features, head base, hair, glasses) have and not the girls. If that makes sense. You would be able to keep all the things you bought, (Dead Rising 2 set, kiss set, so on so forth) but your image would change. Than when your done you can become a girl again (or a boy on some people cases)

Oh and if you are a girl and you become a boy you dont also get the girls items but just the boys (no cross dressing lol)

Its a simple concept that makes sense.

You keep your name and everything but it is interesting to mabye see what the other genders have to wear.

Totally agree the guys have cooler stuff for their avatars, would be cool if everyone could get both, except for facial features maybe coz that would be weird but piercings, accessories etc... coz it sucks when you spend favours on a new avatar pack only to realise the thing you bought it for is for guys only...

But sex change is a horrible idea for the game in my opinion... i think there are probably enough guys playing female characters already lol

I dont think people should shout tranny or herm just because she wants to see what all the guy avatars have. I also think it would be cool. But I think I like my girl avatar more :P

Yeah, not a good idea. As for avatar stuff, apparently it's easier to do stuff for guys

i like the boy piercings and some of the tattoos, so i do like this idea, but i dont like the idea of girls turnin into boys and boys turnin into girls.. it will be too weird lol
