I was thinking the same thing....I used them on them but he still defanged me....KROWNVIC swings the pliers at KROWNVIC and luckily knocks out a tooth!

NPCs don't always drop teeth. Players do.

Pliers when equipped give a tooth on fighting someone/something win or lose. This is in addition to the natural tooth drop chance on victory.

Pliers also apply defanged debuff/drug affect to PC's when it pulls a tooth from them.

I just wanna pat them on the head and snuggles them... especially v12... he is the cutest little fluffy ever
