As many have pointed out, this caused only one area where players could enter the yard. There are now three (since you can move diagonally). Hopefully this increases a plyaer's chance of getting into the yard successfully.

has anyone honestly gotten teeth off of npcs? even when i did that other elites' quest and killed the 25 npc's i didnt get one tooth. still havent. looks like players is only option

I got the majority of mine from npc's...they seem to be far and fewe between now...
