Two fights did, which is below average. But they're not intended to be high drop rate.

not tellin u honkies how to do ur job, but it might cut out on a lot of the lower lvl belly aching if it was a higher drop rate. dont think ive gotten a tooth from all the npc's i beat up

Lower levels can do a few things to get teeth.

....Kill NPC's

....Run Support and revive people for a tip

....Dig up and build crowbars to smash crates, then sell/trade teeth for ones they can use

hmmm can't use jerky to revive players

Way to go staff, I kill loads of vamps looking for teeth and get fuck all

Makes it a little hard when the exp you get from digging is so high you go from level 3 to 14 in 24 to 48 hrs and the npc stats are level 14 but mine are still from a level 3 hahahaha most give me a hiding before i even blink but its fun and lower levels can dig up items as you said for the crowbars and swap its what i have done

As said before, getting them off of NPCs isn't efficient, or intended to be.

hah this is pretty fun actually. felt the urge to try it when i woke up to beethoven this morning
