Having a problem with incorrect stats!!!

Hey I am trying to move up and my stregnth says 333 but then when I try to get an uppgrade on my job, my stregnth is under 300. Has anyone ran into these type of problems???

you prob have amenities, weapons etc which add to your strength, jobs look at base stats... the stats u see when u go to the gym...
