I have noticed not from perosnal exeperience, but from looking at the forums everyday that  some of the higher up's on the Block really enjoy acting like they are hands down better than you in everyway.  If you make a thread for a "Dumb Question"  they will not try to help you out but rather make fun of you. If you say someone is bullying you they ask why you made a thread for it?  If you say one wrong thing you get hits put on you.  Im not bitching I just wanted to see who all noticed this?

I have alot of good friends that are high levels and most of them are Knights and I have a few friends in Riot.  That a real nice and resourceful people.  So im not accusing all higher up's just a couple that like picking on people
