So, is 20 the highest level you can possibly reach...?

arizona prison is levels 7-20.

i've heard talk of a new prison too though.

I don't think this game has a lvl limit, but yeah, 2 new prisons are being worked on; Louisiana and Las Vegas. Can't wait

There's not much info about them yet... Mufasa did show us a picture of Louisiana's yard ages ago, I can't remember the title of that thread though. If remember correctly, Louisiana's prison will be surrounded by marshland...
