Exactly what title says.
When your spying and want to quickly find out someones stats do this:
www.prisonblock.com/spy/username/EXPEDITED

Just change the username with whoever you want to spy on.
Just keep pasting the link in the URL bar and you will quickly find out stats on whoever your spying on.

Or when you click spy, simply add this to the end of the URL that will show up before paying to spy.
