i was wonderin the same thing i jus got a reg prepaid card but i was wonderin if u get the PAYPAL prepaid card can u recieve money...all i kno is u cant get money sent to a reg prepaid card thats regitered to paypal...if so the dope man would b gettin paid easy lol
