wtf is so bad about your job... i'm curious. I'm a manager in manufacturing, and I take some offense to your comments because being a manager is NOT easy, and you have to walk in their shoes to actually know it. a lot of employees think that we got it easy and don't do anything, which is far from the truth.

In my experience working where I've worked managers dnt do shit.. Fuck off time, they bullshit more then the employees. Feel they can say whatever they wanna say, not knowing that 1 day they gone say the wrong shit and a nigga aint gone giva fuck that day and just knock his head off his shoulders... Managers/Supervisors feel like they have this little pedestal they sit on at the top of the hierarchy.. and thats bullshit.. Mfka u work for the owner just like I do, only difference is you have a brown nose.. buahahaha....

And its not hard being a manager... Trust me I know.. Been there done that... Thats a fuckin walk in the park.. All u need being a manager is common sense and the ability to problem solve... Thats not even a mental exercise... Push papers and answer phone calls..

well today is the day for sunday markdowns and and price adjustments...so i was scheduled to do a 730 til 8pm shift so i get to work this mornin at 720 and noone was there so i sat outside in the cold for a good hr and some change and noone still showed up so i said fuck it and went home now they blowin my phone up i have 50 missedcalls since 845am and these fucks still aint get the hint i aint comin bk
