We read every contact message we get. If we don't respond it's probably for a couple reasons. For example:

-You emailed 50 million times with the same question and didn't give us a chance to get back to you and spammed the piss out of us. We don't care at that point.

-You threatened us.

-Your questions can be found if you just freaking looked around the forums or the Wiki. No one likes answering a question because someone was too lazy to look for the answer.

-We have no idea what you tried to say. (some people just don't know how to write properly, and it's not our job to teach you English).

-Messages about dupes, or cheaters are always investigated, even if you don't get a message back.
