Quit wasting money trying to catch these "decoy trucks". Pot is cheap and it stinks so it's easy to find and catch, meanwhile, the truck with the meth, cocaine, heroin, etc. went right past the agents while they took pictures of all that pot. Legalize pot, and spend the money saved on treatment centers for addiction. The price of pot would drop to nothing and you could really work on the heroin, cocaine, and meth addicts
