I think it would be good if you could post a hit up like instead of hospitalising it could be like Raid 3 times for $1,000,000 etc 

And it would be cool if you could post up items and stuff example 500 eds for 2 hours in infirm while online

I know the eds one was suggested before but the raid one sounds pretty good.

Hits % are counted once the target is online - does this mean that the target has to be online during the time that you pop his or her cell? if so that wouldnt work out to good.........

and if raid-hit % get counted when being offline, well.. theyd be easy to avoid.. cause all you could do is empty your unprotected cell and have people finish them over night......which kinda defeats the purpose of keeping someone on the hitlist

doing shit to a player when offline = doesnt affect the hitlisted inmate.

I think a person should NEVER see that they are on the hitlist. So it would be more of a surprise when someone tells you.
