I beg to differ. Yeah, it's just a video game, but spending so much time on it, I've come to know and grow fond of a few players here. I don't really consider them "friends", per se, but if I was sick or dying, I wouldn't mind having a couple of people on here know about it. It's not like OP was asking for money, just prayers. Or maybe attention, considering he's now iso'd. Either way, interactions are still interactions, whether IRL or not... just sayin
