Guy released from prison for stealing cars : released with a gps ankle braclet. Goes back to stealing cars that night while cops are tracking him, oh but they didnt need to track him because he left his school ID in the stolen car. Criminals in Detroit are smooth (y)

A woman in Toronto Ontario was shot and killed at a gas station just east of the city. What started as a joke turned into a morbid scene when the woman who was pumping gas at the time decided to light a cigarette to scare her friends. The attendant immediately rushed out and asked her to extinguish the cigarette and the woman (who may have been intoxicated) flatly refused and began cursing at the attendant. The attendant then rushed back inside to call the police. Upon arrival the police officer noticed the woman still smoking her cigarette as she was attempting to insert her credit card into the machine to pay for fuel. What happened next stated the officer was nothing short of macabre - when the woman's right arm became engulfed in flames she began to scream and run crazily through the gas station towards other drivers who were also pumping fuel. The officer shouted to her several times to get down and she refused waving her flame covered arm in an attempt to put it out. The officer made the determination to shoot the woman directly in the head to immediately put her down without causing incident to the other drivers. When asked why he shot her in the head, the officer replied, "Its what we are trained to do when we encounter someone with a firearm."
