These 'inactives' very rarely actually put the amen in their cell though so this suggestion wouldn't help you get those amens IF by raiding cell you are indeed only able to get those amens inside cell.

I am sure this was suggested before, 1 month inactivity is not enough as a lot of people will have now spent paypal for these items and therefore should be entitled to keep them regardless of time away, although i do like the idea of taking clean toilets etc from these cells i don't think this will happen.

if U bought sumtin from anotha playa den i think all is fair. and if da ones U bought from otha playas dont hav dem in ya xell.

we are jus players of dis game,not staff. wat we buy from otha people has nothin to do wit staf (unless U bought dem favors or respekt.sumtin da game gets payed for wen U spend money) dat money neva went into da game jus sum1 else's pokket.

seein as damn near all amenities start off as some kind of way bein bought wit favors.. Ima call bullshit & irrelevance
