Anyway...

We'll try to work out some sort of system in the future where gang members will be removed if banned. And If a leader is banned, the gang may be destroyed (if they're the only member). Otherwise, there are still some kinks in the system to work out.

Gang min level is not being modified.

I have a brilliant idea, Just because people have lives and don't log on to prison block 20x a day, let's ban them.
