Id vote for yes for gaining exp just by blinking, but this really one is good. EXP from raiding has always been close to non-existant, making it too easy for level squaters to sell everything and invest in pirates... even 10% exp will go a long way.

Give lowlvls less reasons to "play the game" without actually playing it, and more reasons to get motivated + level up...

New Game Mechanic:

Meal time occurs at 7:00am, 12:pm, and 6:00pm game time. All inmates will now gain exp when they eat. Eating will occur automatically during meal time, unless another inmate demands your pudding. That inmate will get double exp and the bitch will get half the normal exp.
