train train train train - as much as possible and dont do anything else besides that - yes it gets boring but u will see the benefits wen u move prisons. also build up ur cell - either buy favors or vote on the 4 links on the bottom left of ur homepage everyday - so u can collect favors to buy amens off the warden - u want to get as much nrg from the amens as possible so look for stuff that will give u that.
