What have I missed?  Of course I see everything new, but can someone give me a run down. 

i can i guess. cells now ppl can get items from yer cell if raided. bootleg bin in wardens office at buy amenties from him. it costs 100 favors. you get a confiscated dvd from any random person. yay. the puppy in wardens office. makes it less likley to let ppl break into yer cell. south dakota open yard yay. new weapons and stuff. oh rio and scream 4 and hop are dvds that are rare. look for them
