I don't see very much benefit in training to get a profession at the moment,  im a license plater, but barely get enough

cash per day from it to buy 1 bottle of water lol.  I was thinking that it might be cool, if we had say for instance 3 different professions to choose from per prison.  One that demands a higher proportion of strength, one for speed and one for defense.  For example, say the strength profession would be weight trainer or something like that, and requires 10k strength to get the job.  If we leveled up to strength trainer level 2, we would get say 5% increase in our base strength while we had that profession.  If we wanted to do crimes we might switch over to the speed profession (insert job name here) to get a speed bonus, assuming we had the minimum speed requiremetns for that proffession.   Anyways, just a thought.

jobs are completely changing as previously mentioned

you should add a mail carrier job with limited positions or sale positions , an the job gives the inmate the chance to go to all the different prisons at anytime.
