I have 2 windows set up zoomed out , 1 for items and 1 for the gym , and a movie on the left hand side as i train , i do the same thing when i crime . .

thanks (: notice how i refresh the gym page on the bookmark befor i take the 4 waters so when i am ready to click what i want to train the page has allready refreshed

thnx ,Its alot faster trust me , if every one takes this up you all going to be putting on 30 mill base in a week . . .well theres the proof why i can train soo much , remember to refresh the gym page in other window after takin 2 edz an befor u take 4 waters just incase you overdose its easier to buy out
