thats an ok trade nija hogs for dolls if you can do it , 130 k for that level is really good too , i remember a while ago neo said its not good to train with coffe press`s an i argued that debate but in the end its true , %10 stm is much worth the trade for +10 energy

i have never used coffee presses, never would.. i dont think they are worth it at all...say you have two 5% stam dvds in your cell and your taking that away for 10 energy....thats like using a metal fan, 10 energy for 3 spots= 3.33 energy per spot with it in

anyone over level 20 can easily fill their cell with better stuff than that and not lose precious stam

but something like that all depends on your amens, if you really need energy and you have stam to waste then i guess you do what you gotta do

yeah very true , i refuse to train unless i got SOLID gain`s but those who do accept average to a basic train cell will have to make do , i hope people read this and learn from it becuz some people on here shock me with what there happy with

Coffee presses are fine for anyone who is in prisons lower than Az... the tipping point is at AZ if i remember correctly for coffeepresses...

Some really good points have been made but again there are some who need to use certain things as not all are available to the same ammens as the next person I think if u have all ammens but clean toilets and playboys u don't really have to worry as much as sum1 who doesn't have half the ammens in the game

It all comes down to how you train, me personally i dont think ive ever ODed and waited the ICU time out while training more than a few times - its a waste of time unless ur on a phone or about to log off etc.., one minute of criming during that ICU time wouldve given me enough cash to buy out atleast 3 times more.....

Now if thats the way you train (OD and wait) then having every amenity that gives HP doesnt matter...

I cant do that, its too boring and too slow, i always powertrain, so the main focus is my ICU buyout, currently mine is around 140k with a max gain of 2700+-ish - im sure i can hit 3k with all the good things like Bride/groom/ghogs/ninjhog etc, but is it really worth getting 200-300 higher gain for close to x3 buyout? hell naw

+1 on not waiting out the infirm time , i`d rarther not train if it aint power training ..

an i did`t think about lower prisons using coffee press`s that might work out well for them

i have never waited on infirm time......always crime 4mil and buy out.....advise was from chilla and its served me ok

for your level you should crime 50 mill and power train it all off for some proper results
