Just got home from an early Mothers Day with the fam. Move back to Putnam from AZ and I get the word the yard is open. I go to explore and, wait a minute, yard is normal. What prisons have an open yard right now, cause as of now Putnam is a no go. I know AZ and SD, how about anywhere else?

So, since there is no word from the lower yards, I take it this is an "upper yard" only event. hhmm interesting.

Whats bullshit is 20-30k ED's for a DVD or even thinking that it is worth that much. Nothing but extortion happened last event man. And if they are "true" lower levels how do they really know what is good and what is bad? Bottom line what happened was the people that like to stay low capitalized on what happened while the actual new people did what they do, learned the game. The whole HOP DVD thing didn't help any actual "new people" from what I can tell.
